How long does it take to receive my order?

We currently keep about a 1 week turnaround time. If something comes up and we are not able to fulfill this, we’ll make sure to let you know.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our products are handmade, we do not accept returns unless there’s a mistake on our part or item defect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@venadoleatherco.com and we’ll make it right.
